My husband’s favorite cake in the world is Dubos Torte, a Hungarian cake with six crepe-like layers and chocolate coffee icing. It is not a cake to eat while watching your diet, however. This baby has a dozen eggs and 1/2 pound of butter.
My daughter calls it Cake Heaven, because it is truly a rich, flavorful cake.
I made it for them today. And…I get to eat it too!
